Acceptance of these terms

By accessing tutoraien.pk, lms.tutoraien.pk, a Tutor AI & English course, free lesson, paid lesson, downloadable resource, live session or official learner-support channel, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website.

If you do not agree, do not use paid course access or restricted TutorAI materials. You may contact us before enrolment to ask reasonable questions.

Who we are

Tutor AI & English is an online education initiative led by Principal Saba Rehman and operated through its official website, learning management system and approved communication channels.

The course is delivered online. Learners are not required to visit the principal or a physical teaching centre.

The five free lessons

Tutor AI & English currently provides five complete free lessons so prospective learners can experience the teaching method, LMS environment, learning materials and practice system before deciding whether to purchase the full course.

Free access is provided for evaluation and learning. Tutor AI & English may approve, restrict, suspend or discontinue free access where there is misuse, fraud, credential sharing, content extraction, automated access or another legitimate operational or security reason.

Paid course access

The current introductory tuition fee for the complete English Speaking Course is PKR 10,000 paid in one payment through the approved Tutor AI & English bank account.

The full course includes 50 lessons, downloadable course content made available within the course, companion audio and video resources, graded quizzes and activities, and live online guidance sessions arranged as part of the active learning programme.

Access is personal to the enrolled learner. A payment does not purchase ownership of the curriculum, videos, audio, slides, PDFs, question banks, LMS content or other TutorAI intellectual property.

Learner accounts and LMS security

• Keep your LMS username, password and access links private.
• Do not allow another person to use your account as if they were the enrolled learner.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract restricted files, scrape course content or interfere with the LMS.
• Notify Tutor AI & English if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may temporarily suspend access while investigating suspected misuse, fraud, security incidents or unlawful activity.

Speaking practice, submissions and live sessions

The course may use quizzes, written activities, voice-note practice, LMS submissions and live online sessions. Learners are responsible for submitting their own work honestly and behaving respectfully toward the principal, tutors and other learners.

Live-session schedules may change because of availability, technical problems, public events or operational needs. Session information is shared with relevant learners through the course communication system.

A learner, parent or guardian may ask for a phone or WhatsApp call. A video call may be offered by Principal Saba Rehman when she considers it useful. No person may demand a video call as a condition of course information or support.

AI and third-party platforms

TutorAI may teach learners how to use AI or third-party digital services for practice. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, technical limitations and availability rules.

Learners should not upload confidential, highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information to an AI service merely because a course activity discusses AI-supported practice.

Tutor AI & English is not responsible for an independent third-party service changing, suspending or discontinuing its product, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Certificates and learning outcomes

A certificate pathway may be available to learners who satisfy the applicable completion, submission, quiz or course requirements communicated for their programme.

Tutor AI & English teaches spoken English, professional communication, employability and digital learning skills. We do not guarantee a job, promotion, salary, visa, admission, interview result or a specific financial outcome.

Learner progress depends on attendance, practice, prior ability, effort, consistency and other individual factors.

Tutors, vendors and service providers

Tutor AI & English may engage tutors and other service providers under written or agreed service arrangements. Tutor compensation may be linked to batch size and paid monthly to a verified bank account held in the service provider’s own name, including identity verification using CNIC information where reasonably required.

The legal and tax classification of any relationship depends on applicable law and the actual written arrangement and working relationship. Describing a person as a vendor, tutor, contractor or service provider on this website does not override mandatory law.

Each recipient remains responsible for personal tax registration, return filing and payment obligations that apply to that recipient. Tutor AI & English may deduct, withhold, report or document tax where required by applicable law and does not promise that any category of payment is automatically tax-free.

Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation or false payment proof.
• Harassment, threats, abusive conduct or deliberate disruption of a live session.
• Credential sharing, account resale or unauthorised group access.
• Content piracy, mass downloading, scraping or circumvention of access controls.
• Using TutorAI names, branding or course content in a way that falsely implies approval, partnership or ownership.

Serious or repeated violations may result in restriction or termination of access and, where appropriate, legal or regulatory action.

Payments, refunds and privacy

Our Payment & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Please read them before paying the tuition fee or submitting identity, payment or learner information.

Availability, changes and interruptions

We may update lessons, replace files, improve quizzes, change technical delivery, maintain the LMS or revise the course experience. Temporary interruptions may occur because of hosting, internet, security, maintenance or third-party service failures.

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the course and address genuine access problems. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the course, technology, payment process, legal requirements or business operations change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Material changes affecting existing paid learners will be handled reasonably and subject to applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Where mandatory consumer, privacy or other law gives a user rights that cannot legally be waived, those mandatory rights continue to apply.

Users outside Pakistan are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to their use of the service. These terms do not claim to override mandatory rights available in another jurisdiction where such rights legally apply.

Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to send a clear written explanation of the dispute so Tutor AI & English can review the matter and attempt a reasonable resolution.
