This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, prospective learners, enrolled learners, parents or guardians who communicate with us, tutors and service providers where relevant, and other people who interact with tutoraien.pk, lms.tutoraien.pk or official Tutor AI & English communication channels.

• Verify bank payments and match payments with learners.
• Create and maintain learner or LMS records.
• Deliver lessons, quizzes, activities, live-session information and learner support.
• Review submissions, speaking practice and course progress.
• Respond to learner, parent, guardian, privacy, complaint or payment enquiries.
• Prevent fraud, content piracy, credential sharing, security abuse or unlawful activity.
• Improve the website, curriculum, learner experience and technical systems.
• Maintain financial, legal, tax or operational records where required or reasonably necessary.

WhatsApp, email and phone communications

When you contact Tutor AI & English through WhatsApp, email or phone, the relevant communication provider may process data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Our official business WhatsApp number is used for learner access, payment verification, support and course communication. Principal Saba Rehman may directly review messages received through official learner-support channels.

Do not send passwords, ATM PINs, one-time banking passwords or unnecessary financial credentials to Tutor AI & English.

LMS, live sessions and learner activity

The Tutor AI & English LMS may record logins, lesson progress, quiz attempts, grades, activity submissions and technical information required to operate and secure the learning environment.

Live sessions may involve learner names, voices, chat messages or participation visible to other participants in that session. Learners should not disclose unnecessary private information during a group session.

Tutor AI & English will not treat a private learner voice note as public promotional content merely because it was submitted for speaking practice. Separate permission should be obtained before using identifiable learner material as a public testimonial or promotion.

AI-supported practice and third-party services

The course may teach learners to use third-party AI tools for practice. If you choose to use an external AI service, the information you submit to that service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Do not upload your CNIC, bank proof, private voice notes, confidential documents or another person’s personal information to an AI tool unless you independently understand and accept the provider’s privacy practices and have a legitimate reason to do so.

Analytics and advertising technologies

The TutorAI theme supports Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. These tools are only loaded by our theme when the relevant tracking identifiers are configured.

If enabled, these providers may receive device, browser, interaction or network information under their own services and privacy practices. Tutor AI & English may use aggregated or analytical information to understand website use, improve campaigns and improve the learner journey.

We do not sell learner conversations or personal information to advertisers.

When information may be shared

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website, LMS, hosting, email, communication, analytics, security or payment-verification process where reasonably necessary.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security abuse, threats, intellectual-property misuse or unlawful conduct.

We do not publish a learner’s CNIC, private contact details or payment proof as ordinary website content.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for course delivery, learner records, account security, dispute handling, payment reconciliation, certification, legal, tax, financial or legitimate operational purposes.

Different records may be kept for different periods. A request to delete information may not require us to erase information that must be retained for a legitimate legal, financial, security, dispute or record-keeping purpose.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our online education operations to reduce unauthorised access, misuse or loss of information. No website, messaging service or online system can promise absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your own LMS credentials, devices, email account and WhatsApp access.

Children and younger learners

Tutor AI & English is designed mainly for youth and adults. Where a learner is under the age at which they can independently provide the required agreement or consent under applicable law, a parent or lawful guardian should participate in enrolment and relevant decisions.

Parents and guardians are welcome to ask reasonable questions about the course, online learning and learner support.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to ask what core learner or account information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information that is no longer reasonably needed and is not subject to a legitimate retention requirement.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a privacy request so that another person cannot improperly obtain or alter your information.

These request mechanisms are provided as part of our privacy practice and operate alongside any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

International visitors and third-party processing

Tutor AI & English is based in Pakistan and primarily serves Pakistani learners. Some hosting, analytics, communications or AI providers may process information through infrastructure located outside Pakistan.

Visitors outside Pakistan should understand that their information may be handled in Pakistan and through the international infrastructure of relevant service providers, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our course, technology, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
